All prices include use of towels and linen, wi-fi and parking. We also provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk and shortbread for your arrival. Travel cots and high chairs can also be provided at no extra cost, on request.
We can also accommodate shorter stays, our minimum charge is £555 for Cunningair, or £490 for The Flat or Wayward Apartment, and these prices apply for off-peak stays of up to 3 nights.
We are also happy to negotiate preferential rates for longer stays.
Our usual terms are a non-refundable deposit of £200 to secure the booking, with the remainder paid 6 weeks before arrival. Our preferred method of payment is by bacs/bank transfer, unfortunately we do not have credit/debit card facilities.
PLEASE NOTE: Booking direct with us is considerably cheaper than booking our accommodation through some other websites, as some of these sites add a booking fee (of up to 14.5%) on the above prices.
