Cunningair

Cunningair has 4 double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite.  There is also a spacious living room/lounge area, kitchen, bathroom (with shower over bath), and large balcony.

Cunningair also boasts a secluded and private garden.  The property is heated by air to air heaters which very effectively heat/cool throughout.

The Flat

The Flat also has 4 double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite.  Two of the remainder bedrooms have a basin, and all bedrooms have a heated towel rail.

There is also a living room/kitchen, shower room with basin and toilet, and WC.

The property is heated by an air to air heater which very effectively heats/cools throughout, in addition, each bedroom has a panel heater. 

Wayward Apartment

Wayward Apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, rooms in this property can be made up as twins or king size bed per your requirements. 

This property has a spacious living room/kitchen which in addition to a large corner sofa, has a sofa bed which can be made up on request. There is also a shower room with toilet and basin.  This property is suitable for those with limited mobility as it is level access throughout.

The property is heated by air to air heating which very effectively heats/cools throughout.  Wayward Apartment also has a small area of decking.
